Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing bill of quantity (BOQ) for electrical materials and labors as per drawing.
∎ Visiting sites and markets to do the estimates for electrical materials.
∎ Selecting measure and track important metrics.
∎ Maintaining a price list of major construction materials.
∎ Any other task assigned by Department Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have vast knowledge in plumbing on preparing BOQ, rate analysis for residential & commercial buildings as well as estimation & cost analysis.
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Strong presentation and interpersonal skill.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
