Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have sound knowledge on latest versions of BNBC, ACI, AISC, NIRAPON & RSC Standards etc
∎ Supervision of overall construction work
∎ Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.
∎ Prepare project status reports for new construction and routine building maintenance by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, recommending actions as per prevailing CODES and STANDARDS.
∎ Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements.
∎ Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and schedule changes recommending actions.
∎ Experienced in attending/handling NIRAPON/RSC structural safety follow-up meetings independently and to communicate with the same regarding Corrective Action Plan(CAP) implementation.
∎ Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management.

∎ Age 26 to 32 years

∎ Design Software Packages ETABS, SAP, SAFE, STAAD Pro etc.,
∎ Drawing Software Auto CAD
