∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD, Civil Construction works, Interior Works
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure on time construction work, supervise residential and industrial building projects during the execution.
∎ Check the quality of work as per in-process and finished specification and workmanship.
∎ Responsible for execution of all kinds of civil construction work in line with the approved architectural, structural and plumbing design.
∎ Prepare all types of material estimating or BOQ.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Expertise in finishing and interior works will be an added advantage.
∎ Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel and Auto CAD.
∎ Reputed real estate company experience will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
