Job Context:
∎ Applications are invited for the post of Senior Executive (Cash Purchase) having experience in Real Estate Industries.
∎ 05 - 07 years of work experience from reputed Real Estate company.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for handling company funds to make necessary cash purchases.
∎ Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
∎ Identify, plan, and prioritize cash purchases based on the company's needs and budgets.
∎ Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure cost-effective deals.
∎ Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cash transactions, including receipts, invoices, and purchase orders.
∎ Ensure compliance with the company's financial policies and procedures, as well as any relevant regulatory requirements.
∎ Track and report cash expenditure to finance or accounting departments.
∎ Collaborate with relevant departments to align cash purchases with the company's financial goals and budgets.
∎ Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for necessary purchases.
∎ To participate in any other activities when required as part of the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
