∎ Master's Degree from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect Land information from various Sources/ Locations of Dhaka City.
∎ Frequently visit Lands, follow-up, Negotiate with Prospect and keep record for Management information's.
∎ Prepare Land Proposal for Land Development.
∎ Ensure proper coordination and liaison with Land Owner.
∎ Conduct Market Analysis and provide accurate Business Reports.
∎ To coordinate with different department as necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 03 (Three) years or more working Experience in Real Estate Industry in which minimum 02 (Two) years working Experience in Land Procurement.
∎ Adequate knowledge on Land Costing for Joint Venture Development.
∎ Team Player, Good Negotiation Skills.
∎ Strong Client Relationship Management and Development Aptitude.
∎ Should be Smart, Energetic & Self-motivated.
∎ Customer Friendly Attitude & Polite Behavior.
∎ Capability of Convincing Prospect.
∎ Sound Knowledge in MS Office Package, Emails & Internet related tasks.
