Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CMA, CA

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement an audit plan that aligns with the hospital's strategic goals and objectives.
∎ Conduct audits of the hospital's financial, operational, and compliance controls.
∎ Assess the effectiveness of the hospital's internal controls and make recommendations for improvement.
∎ Report on audit findings and recommendations to management and the board of directors.
∎ Work with management to implement corrective actions and improve the hospital's internal controls.
∎ Stay up-to-date on the latest auditing standards and best practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CMA, CA - part qualified) is preferred.
∎ 8-10 years of experience in internal auditing.
∎ Strong understanding of financial, operational and compliance auditing.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
