Education:
∎ B.Sc/BA/Masters/Post Graduation in any discipline from any recognized university/ institution (UGC Approved).
∎ Professional degree in SCM will get preference.

Requirements:

∎ Age 28 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receiving indents from the user.
∎ Ensuring accurate & on-time order processing as per defined processes.
∎ Conduct market studies to find potential materials vendors.
∎ Collecting quotations from vendors. Comparing and evaluating offers from different suppliers, and manufacturers & preparing proper comparative statements.
∎ Follow up the delivery process and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Receiving bills from suppliers, processing bills properly & ensuring supplier's payment.
∎ New source development.
∎ Maintaining updated records of purchased products, quality specifications, price trends, delivery information, stock levels, etc.
∎ Daily checking of PR/Indent and take action accordingly.
∎ Negotiation skills, application for purchase through a win-win situation.
∎ Closely work with users i.e., store, production, and all other stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.
∎ Work through ERP process.
∎ Maintaining documentation.
∎ Prepare reports and submit them to the Department Head/Supervisor (as instructed).
∎ Any other job as the Supervisor/ Department Head instructs as and when required.
