∎ B. Pharm/ M. Pharm of B.Sc. in IPE from any Reputed University
∎ Good computer literacy in MS excel and Data Analysis.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to work efficient time management, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Data Driven, SCM, team work
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)

Data Analysis, Kaizen, Pharmaceuticals, Production planning, SCM Planning, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly production schedule for bulk, semi- finished and finished goods with weekly and daily split.
∎ As per the monthly production plan, process order/batch creation, batch closing and batch reconciliation in ERP.
∎ Coordination with the planning team and warehouse team to ensure best utilization of over-stock and under-stock materials.
∎ Report on status of short-dated materials and propose consumption plan
∎ Run the Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP), Capacity Requirements Plan (CRP) and resource utilization/requirement plan as well as liaise with production to ensure best utilization of resources.
∎ Manufacturing line specific throughput analysis, Delay time analysis and monitoring & reporting on operations effectiveness KPIs', Kaizen, Focused Improvement Projects (FIP).
∎ Prepare the monthly achievement reports on production plan and capacity utilization.
∎ Liaise with third party manufacturers to manage the toll manufactured products.
∎ Liaise with QC and QA to ensure on-time release of input materials and in process materials to avoid disruption in normal production schedule.

∎ 4-6 Experience in relevant functional area in reputed pharmaceutical organization.
∎ Experience in operations Excellence/ Effectiveness initiatives will be considered as an additional strength.
