Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and assign priority based daily workloads to Retail executives team, ensure full utilization of the team & proper completion of their each tasks daily as per company goals.
∎ Organize all outlets operations and ensure allocation & execution of daily responsibilities of Sales Associates to Achieve Company goals.
∎ Ensuring all staff meets their Sales related quotas and assigned goals by company.
∎ Assessing sales associates on a regular basis, based on sales, customer service, housekeeping and rules-regulations. TNA need analysis.
∎ Ensuring all staff are adhering to company Disciplinary policies & SOPs
∎ Monitor stock levels and stock movement and to ensure availability of the stocks on each Showroom.
∎ Work closely with marketing team and execute activities at floor level to achieve Brands objectives, Sales & inventory.
∎ Ensure correct standard of merchandising & Housekeeping at respective outlets according to Company guidelines.
∎ Leadership responsibility- Self Motivate, supervise, and monitor the Executive Team & Branch staffs and be responsible for their functions, duties, and activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 38 years
