Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate and contribute towards the company's CRM department.
∎ Understanding & learning of beauty & personal care products.
∎ Answer queries of customers through the website, social media and phone calls.
∎ Suggesting products that meet customer needs and informing customers about product details like ingredients, usage directions and price.
∎ Identify and assess customer needs and purchase behaviour.
∎ Take orders online and prepare invoices.
∎ Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
∎ Answer all the queries by the end of each designated shift timeline, each day.
∎ Engage in any other relevant tasks delegated by Department Head/Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Minimum Typing Speed 35 WPM
Must have good knowledge of skincare/makeup products
Fast learner and passion for customer service
