∎ Bachelor degree.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will report to the 'Manager, Procurement'. He will be primarily responsible to -
∎ Ensure products of meat category and dry vegetables as per the requisition raised from the outlets and communiating with the vendors for distribution as per the requirements.
∎ Prepare and forward Direct Store Delivery (DSD) requirements of meat's parts items (beef & mutton) to the suppliers and on time delivery.
∎ Ensure supply availability (fill rate) upon communicating with the outlets.
∎ Competition company's price survey and fixing competitive price for the products and update on the system accordingly.
∎ Monitoring product quality aligning with the QC parameter.
∎ Issuing purchase orders.
∎ Bill processing, submitting bills, Cash Collaeting & distributing.
∎ Update and change prices based on business needs.
∎ Prepare weekly GP report, analyzing the report and set plan of action to meet the yeary budget.
∎ Provide weekly survey feedback to Audit & IC department on price competitiveness comparing the competitor.
∎ Follow-up monthly Budget and prepare report.
∎ Monthly sales data analysis and planning to achieve target.
∎ Annual Budget Planning.
∎ Create product article, change description of the products.
∎ Special follow up of seasonal products availability of meat items.
∎ Special price promotional offer on national occusions such as Shab-e-barat, Shab-e-qadar, Pohela Boishakh, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Azha, 21 February, Bijoy Dibosh, Shadhinota dibosh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 3 to 5 years of working experience in the relevant field.
∎ Good communication skills both in Bengali and English
