To reach our destination we are in search of talented, motivated and result oriented candidates for the following position.
∎ Job Location: Plant, Savar, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare material (raw and packaging) requirement plan
∎ Raise Manual/ in system Purchase Requisition for raw and packaging materials on time.
∎ Prepare and share monthly QC release requirement
∎ Reconcile inventory of Warehouse and prepare monthly accounting reports
∎ Monitor release for sale (finished product) status
∎ To prepare monthly Production schedule.
∎ To monitor daily Production schedule.
∎ To prepare WIP report
∎ Ensure smooth Product supply based on demand.
∎ Ensure no stock-out due to materials issue.
∎ Prepare monthly report on Production Plan versus utilization
∎ To communicate with toll site for smooth Production as per our demand
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of relevant experience in the same position in any reputed Pharmaceutical Company
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are required
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
∎ A high level of computer literacy (Office Suite) and presentation skills
∎ Ability to interact well with all stakeholders and work independently on assigned tasks
∎ The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
