Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and maintaining equipment's safety and efficient operation
∎ Ensuring proper preventive and repair maintenance works including extruder, injection molding, blow molding, mixture, crusher, chiller, compressor, machine
∎ Directing and providing schedule-wise checking of all machines/chiller/compressor/ AC/ utility/cable wiring and troubleshooting as required
∎ Monitoring the mechanical spare parts to ensure optimum usage and availability
∎ Responding to equipment breakdown and fixing faults of instruments immediately
∎ Ensuring maintenance operation of the ATP, ETP, other equipment, and facilities as per the requirement of ISO 14000 standard

∎ Applied knowledge on modern production tools and techniques
∎ Ability to prioritize
∎ Problem solving
∎ People leadership and coordination
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
