Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall supervision and monitoring the Electrical maintenance team and operational works of process and utility machineries for around 130 tons/day production capacity Spinning Factory.
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedule to ensure minimum breakdown and maximum efficiency of machines.
∎ Develop the skills of team members (management & non-management) in electrical & electronics to solve the trouble shooting of machines easily.
∎ The effective management of the spare parts to minimize the cost and ensure adequate supply for ongoing operation.
∎ Develop SOP for operation and maintenance of spinning machineries.
