Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ IEB & DMINB membership is mandatory
∎ Professional knowledge on BNBC, ACI, Accord-Alliance-NTPA Guideline, DEA and retrofitting experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and supervise the field engineers.
∎ Provide technical advice to consultants appointed by factories who are responsible for conducting DEA's and other analysis and design tasks
∎ Provide guidance to factories in implementing CAPs in satisfying requirements for approval
∎ Technical support to the required factory case handlers as required.
∎ Review the reports generated by the field engineers
∎ Monitoring and reporting of progress via required website and other tracking tools such as excel
∎ Technical support to the Project knowledge management team in maintaining data.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 08 years of experience in the field of Structural safety with minimum 03 years RMG experience
