Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have capability to supervise & manage all mechanical erection work associated with Boilers, Economizer, Feed Water Pumps, Water Systems, Pipelines, Steam Management, new Boiler Installation &monitoring of commissioning work progress,
∎ coordinate and manage engineering team with customer and site visits
∎ Provide day-to-day reporting, design review and instruction
∎ Have experience to prepare plan, layout (Auto CAD), Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and User requirements Specifications (URS)
∎ Provide assistance in the preparation of proposals and contracts
∎ Maintain and contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
∎ Plan and observe new marketing initiatives
∎ Prepare business communication documents
∎ Have experienced in Industrial Fire Tube Boiler, Water Tube Boiler, Boiler Auxiliaries and Spare Parts sale
∎ Understand the competitor field and collect information
∎ Identify potential clients and be able to make decisions within the client organization
∎ Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns and objectives
∎ Have strong analytical and technical trouble shooting skills, decision-making capabilities with leadership quality and management skills
∎ Submit daily progress report and ensure data is accurate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Good business and industry knowledge
∎ Good negotiation skills
∎ Presentation skills with Power Point
∎ Have tact and diplomacy
∎ Have experience in Feasibility Report & Sales
∎ Professional communication and e-mail writing capabilities.
Salary: Tk. 32000 (Monthly)
