Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain relationships with internal and external parties by providing support, information, and guidance;
∎ Lead communication and manage liaison with customers in regards to queries and updates
∎ Effectively serve as the link between internal and external parties by maintaining communication and liaison Support administrative assignments and manage administrative and HR responsibilities, such as payroll, attendance and task delivery from team members.
∎ Visit and maintain liaison with clients and banks.
∎ Manage vendors dealings, delivery and payments.
∎ Maintain internal dealings within the office as support for the broader team.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Perform any and all tasks and assignments directed by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The role requires the person to engage in frequent formal written and verbal communication over formal communication channels, therefore, excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English is MANDATORY
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, and other basic software
