Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Metallurgical Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Construction, Engineering Assessment, PEB, steel fabrication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize practical welding exam of different categories e.g. UT, RT, PT, MPT etc.
∎ Ensure reduced fabrication rework by 80% at fit up and reduced plant in process area COPQ by 40%.
∎ Conduct welder's training for SAW, GMAW, FCAW and SMAW etc. processes, and act as a key trainer
∎ Supervise effective implementation of related test and inspection schedule and ensure adherence to all procedures
∎ Ensure all inspections and testing are accomplished as per welding inspection as well as NDT as recognized by the AWS - CWI.
∎ Other task as necessary
