∎ BSc in EEE from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making sure that manufacturing or production process meet pre-defined standard in assembly floor.
∎ Conducting timely investigations, inspections and prepare QC reports in assembly floor.
∎ Providing technical support during market complaints.
∎ Conducting timely Sales Return Analysis, inspections and prepare reports.
∎ Analysis detected problem & develop ideas to minimize existing problems.
∎ Observe and give instruction (if any) on production procedure to minimize sales return as well as to develop product quality.
∎ Ensure inspection/IQC of all incoming materials and prepare the report.
∎ Manage projects related to new product development.
∎ Provide technical support and expertise in relation to new products and processes.
∎ Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
∎ Maintain QM module process in SAP.
∎ Market return goods receiving & bill adjustment
∎ Ensure QMS, EMS, BSTI and other applicable requirement as per standard.
