Job Context:
∎ Department : Marketing
∎ Reporting To : GM
∎ Job Location : Dhaka, Bangladesh. But if required, need to travel all over the Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work Closely with Business Director Construction & Regional Distribution head for Retails promotional activities and external training support needs.
∎ Work closely with Marketing Communications, Technical Marketing on development and production of distribution related branding tools and other campaign related collateral.
∎ Digital Marketing Campaign, Brand Promotion, Technical Solution Campaign to the customer, Technical Literature Publish, Product Engineering, Strong Written & Verbal Communication.
∎ Required lot of travel all over Bangladesh.
∎ Market and companies visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and develop a strong relationship with the customer. Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients.
∎ Design & implement measurement to quantify ROI from retail marketing programs, Quarterly promotional Campaigns and co- marketing activities with distributors
∎ Make presentation to the potential customers.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Develop and simultaneously create the companies brand image
∎ Willing to work under pressure
∎ Good writing and speaking fluency in English. Fluency in Chinese is highly preferred.
