Job Context:
∎ Department : Key Project Management
∎ Reporting To : Head - KPM Manager
∎ Job Location : Dhaka, Bangladesh. But if required, need to travel all over the Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination and monitoring execution of the key project management.
∎ Create and maintain the best systems to track and manage KPM.
∎ Work close and build up relations to Architects, Consultants, Promoters, Owner, Government Technical Officers, Engineering Services Companies, etc. to ensure that Sika standards are included in the main current/future projects.
∎ Coordinate with the related departments, handle the collections claims and disputes with the key projects.
∎ In coordination with relevant Target Market Managers, actively participate in all KPM major supply contracts and negotiations.
∎ Working closely with all internal Sika stakeholders to establish and implement strategic project opportunities.
∎ Provide a sales forecast based on sales review and project outlook to ensure in time deliveries to the customers.
∎ Applicants having relationships with existing key projects/mega projects are highly preferred.

∎ 04-year experience in relevant/ similar works.
