∎ According to the SMT plan requirements with internal resources, the scientific organization of efficient production, ensure continuity of production and delivery.
∎ Continuously improve team execution and enthusiasm for work, reasonable arrangements for the human, reduce overall million point man-hours and improve efficiency.
∎ Avoid artificially exception, to ensure product quality.
∎ To ensure safe production, reducing single machine cost and energy loss.
∎ The establishment of production management professionals Echelon, to create a high-performance production management team.
