Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a Senior Engineer/ Engineer with extensive experience in HT panel design, project management and technical leadership. As a Senior Engineer/ Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing HT panel projects, ensuring their successful execution and providing technical expertise to our engineering team.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka but if needed to visit anywhere in Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead HT panel design, installation and maintenance projects, specializing in 11kV and 33kV systems.
∎ Develop and review HT panel design specifications and documentation.
∎ Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
∎ Manage project budgets, timelines and resources effectively.
∎ Conduct detailed risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
∎ Stay abreast of industry standards, regulations and emerging technologies.
∎ Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex HT panel issues.
∎ Foster a culture of safety and quality within the engineering team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience leading HT panel design, installation and maintenance projects, focusing on 11kV and 33kV systems, with a strong manufacturing background.
∎ Proven track record in providing technical guidance, mentorship and collaboration with clients for tailored solutions.
∎ Demonstrated ability in effective project management, including budgeting, timelines and resource allocation, within manufacturing environments.
∎ Proven experience in HT panel design and project management, with a strong background in manufacturing company environments.
∎ Extensive knowledge of 11kV and 33kV systems.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to lead teams in manufacturing projects.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure manufacturing scenarios.
∎ Effective communication and client relationship management skills.
