Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor's degree in engineering (RUET, CHUET, KHUET, DUET & AHSANULLAH).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
∎ Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
∎ Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
∎ Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
∎ Sourcing new projects /customers.
∎ Building an efficient and professional relationship in coordination with the management for potential clients, contractors, consultants, government sectors, etc. and reinforcing the spirit of partnership.
∎ Preparing all required reports and statistics on the activity (including visit reports) in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Maintaining and keeping all working records.
∎ Developing /maintaining company clients' database.
∎ Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned. basis, and making sure everyone achieves sales targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced is not mandatory.
∎ FRESH graduates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
∎ Good command on MS-Office applications & Internet and should be able to design 2D & 3D models and structures using AutoCAD.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be prepared for frequent tour(s) throughout the country.
∎ Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good leadership and team working skills.
