∎ We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of an HR & Admin.
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Lalmatia, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet visitors/guest entering the building, answer any questions, provide the right directions and alert employee when someone is there to meet or visit them.
∎ Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions.
∎ Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all the necessary material
∎ Schedule meetings appointments and interview phone calls to the candidates
∎ Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
∎ Ability to take initiative, to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
∎ Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the office or calling in on the phone.
∎ Ready to take up other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 year and freshers are also encouraging to apply
∎ Should have good communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Should knowledge of MS Office programs
∎ Able to work in a team and independent
