Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of electrical installation like substation, LT panel, HT panel, PFI panel, Lighting arrestor, generator, switch gear, bus bar tracking system, cable laying & termination, earthling system, repair-maintenance of electrical equipment etc;
∎ Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment and components in different work place to identify hazards defects and the need for adjustment or repairing.;
∎ Ensure all electrical equipment are operational and maintained as per the standards;
∎ Ensure that a full preventative maintenance plan is established and adhered to through day to day schedule maintenance activities;
∎ Make a schedule of preventive maintenance to keep minimum down time due to electrical breakdown;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Should experienced in Maintenance-Electrical with large industry/real estate.
∎ Strong technical skill, troubleshooting experience is required.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ The applicant should have at least 3 years experience in the same position.
