∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzes business and functional requirements for data analyses and translates these requirements into robust, scalable, operable solutions.
∎ Collects, analyzes, and shares data to help business teams drive improvement in key business metrics, customer experience, and business results.
∎ Explores the data and discovers patterns, meaningful relationships, anomalies, and trends.
∎ Implements data structures using best practices in data modeling, processes, and technologies.
∎ Performs data conversions, imports and exports of data within and between internal and external software systems.
∎ Implements tools and frameworks for automating report generation, identification of data-quality issues, and data governance.
∎ Creates scalable, efficient, automated processes for data analyses, model development, model validation, and model implementation.
∎ Leads the integration efforts for merging BI platforms with enterprise systems and applications.
∎ Ensures documentation is created and maintained.
∎ Ensures security, safety, confidentiality and recoverability of all relevant data elements
∎ Troubleshoots BI tools, systems, and software.
∎ Troubleshoots reported data loads or reconciliation inconsistencies in conjunction with the sites for data models and/or reports.
∎ Tracks, monitors and analyzes performance/functional issues, and implements improvements.
∎ Supports and helps manage external resources, such as service providers and vendor support.
∎ Ensures the collected data is within required quality standards.
∎ Maintains the quality of Metadata Repository by adding, modifying, and deleting data.
∎ Recommends quality metrics and ensures quality metrics are documented and tracked.
∎ Works on highly complex and cross-functional BI solutions.
∎ Directs, organizes, and leads projects in the implementation and use of new BI software tools and systems.
∎ Participates in work stream planning process including inception, technical design, development, testing and delivery of BI solutions.
∎ Develops work plans or reviews other work plan timelines and manages workflows to meet time frames.
∎ Participates in project management estimation process.
∎ May participates in the development of business cases to support IT projects.
∎ Documents standards and policies for the form, structure, and attributes of the BI tools and systems.
∎ Ensures adherence to process, policies, and standards.
∎ Keeps key stakeholders informed about business intelligence tool problems and resolutions.
∎ Tracks and reports out on issues and enhancement request for the business in a timely manner.
∎ Works closely with stakeholders to create ad hoc reports to support timely business decisions and project work.
∎ Analyzes and tests new releases/versions of software.
∎ Conducts research and makes recommendations on BI products and services.
∎ Interfaces with vendors to keep abreast of new technologies, pricing, and customer applicability.
∎ Interfaces with Architects to recommend new technology opportunities that will have an impact on BI systems.
∎ Provides guidance, training, and problem solving assistance to other team members.
∎ Provides coaching to less experienced individuals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5 or more years of related technical experience.
∎ At least 2 years of experience supporting a complex, dynamic system.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the industry and multiple business functional areas.
∎ Expert skills in data analysis and data mining.
∎ Hands-on experience supporting or working with Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing environments.
∎ Experience with PowerBI required. Experience with other BI tools (Tabluea, Cognos etc.) are preferred
∎ Excellent understanding of database and related technologies, including relational and non-relational databases, Big Data solutions (HADOOP, HBASE etc.), OLAP technologies etc.
∎ Experience with programming systems like Python, R, Java is highly desirable
