Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in EEE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of Electrical & Electro mechanical Works & Materials quality by visiting different projects to ensure quality.
∎ Checking Electrical details drawings to find out any deviation and collect revised drawing from Design Department.
∎ Checking details drawing of Sub-station room, Meter room, Generator room, Lift Machine room collection & Ensuring quality of Construction.
∎ Monitoring of Installation, Testing & Commissioning works of Sub-Station equipment's, Lift Equipment, Generator etc.
∎ Negotiation after collecting rate from vendors of different Electro-Mechanical like Sub-Station equipment's, Lift, Generator, CC TV, PA system, Intercom etc.
∎ Ensuring of Earthing works of Sub-Station, Generator & Lightning Arrester.
∎ Attend all kind of site call regarding the problems of substation equipment, Intercom, TV /Telephone, Internet & any problem of internal wiring of apartment before hand over the project.
∎ Communicate daily with electrician for electrical related problems and work schedule. Dealing with the concern authority of DPDC, and DESCO for finalization of HT line extension, Demand note issue, meter testing and permanent HT connection etc, with entire responsibility.
∎ Electrical Designs & drawings for electrical installation of project.
∎ Detail estimate for all type of electrical & mechanical items.

∎ Construction Building, Real Estate
∎ Good Knowledge in auto-cad.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, coordination and convincing skill.
∎ Ability to lead, control and motivate.
