Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage online/offline customer queries over the phone and need to manage proper information.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Have Expertise in Marketing & Communication.Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions Need to be fluent in English.
∎ Other works assigned by the management.
∎ Attending office meetings for grooming.
