Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Only females can apply, so all executives must be able to market and respond to clients over the phone and face-to-face. Our Office Time (9:45 AM - 6:00 PM)
∎ Manage online/offline customer queries over the phone and need to manage proper information.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Have Expertise in Marketing & Communication.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions Need to be fluent in English.
∎ Other works assigned by the management.
