∎ To work with BRB Hospitals family members, we are looking for a qualified & experienced Consultant, who will lead the Laboratory Medicine Department of the Hospital. His responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform responsibilities in organizing, monitoring and maintaining the services provided within the Laboratory Medicine department in order to achieving the highest possible level of patient care services.
∎ Support and advise clinical staff to help them choose the correct method of tests.
∎ Ensure the appropriate test result and quality control of machineries & result as well.
∎ Supervise all staff members of the department, monitoring responsibility and the workload.
∎ Carry out research & keep up to date with new information relevant to area of Laboratory Medicine department.
∎ Arrange internal training and development program in ensuring all scientific staffs are proficient in their roles & responsibilities and up to date in their field of expertise.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of working experience as Consultant (Clinical Pathology / Microbiology) and Head of the department in any Public/ Private Medical College Hospital/ Corporate Hospital.
∎ Excellent knowledge on other allied subject.
∎ Ability to influence others and to priorities effectively.
Salary: Negotiable
