Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical and Electronic Engineering from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate monthly requirement through Material requirement planning to identify the requirement of RM and according to the ROFO.
∎ Timely and cost effective procurement from overseas and local sources in accordance with company policies and requirement.
∎ Negotiate with Local & International Vendors for a competitive price and establish long-term business relationship for better support.
∎ Prepare comparative statement to select the best supplier according to the price.
∎ Strategic purchases through monitoring the price of International Commodity Products & feedstock price of RM/PM.
∎ Start L/C processing for RM/PM considering the import lead time & the safety stock level.
∎ Monitor Block List & Drugs Approval documents preparation for Imported Pharma raw materials.
∎ Regularly monitor & follow-up about the shipment of materials, Submission of copy & original documents with International Vendor.
∎ Solve problems incurred in day-to-day supply chain functions.
∎ Follow-up with bill section to ensure timely payment of suppliers.
∎ Prepare reports highlighting the Savings and Project initiative.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication skill (both in written and spoken) English is mandatory
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
∎ Good interpersonal skill
∎ Presentation Skill

Salary: Negotiable
