Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fire, Mechanical, Civil, EEE
∎ University degree and experience in case handling can be excepted in lieu of Engineering degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect & review previous CAPs
∎ Supervise and Schedule CAP verification visits
∎ Support Case Handlers to Coordinate with factories, engineering teams and other stake holders
∎ Collect and upload CAP verification visit reports
∎ Escalation as required if CAP is not closed/implemented.
∎ Follow up of escalatable cases and submission of escalation cases to concerned department.
∎ Coordination and periodic review of internal quality control processes, and follow-up of the status of implementation of recommendations
∎ Provide necessary information to an independent external Quality Control entity for external quality control processes, and implement its recommendations.
∎ Maintain database of activities
∎ Generate monthly/quarterly progress reports
∎ Share information, Best practise, Knowledge Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 08 years of experience in factory inspection with minimum 03 years RMG experience
∎ Professional knowledge on BNBC, NFPA, Accord-Alliance-NTPA Guideline.
