Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in beauty and salon services
Strong technical expertise in advanced beauty, skin and hair treatments.
Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Well-groomed appearance and a professional attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
Perform a wide range of beauty services, including facial treatments, hair styling, hair coloring, manicure-pedicure, waxing, threading, and makeup.
Provide expert consultation to clients on skincare, haircare, and beauty treatments based on their individual needs.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety throughout the salon.
Supervise and train junior beauticians and support staff to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Keep updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
Recommend and promote salon products and services to clients to enhance their experience and achieve sales targets.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to ensure smooth client flow.
Handle client feedback professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
Assist in stock management and ensure adequate availability of products and materials.
Closely work on financial management with the relevant staffs and authority
Regular basis reporting to the relevant supervisors/authority
Any other task assigned by supervisor/authority
