Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Graduate In Electrical and Electronics Applied Physics electronics Computer Science Mechanical with good experience in specifically industrial
∎ Graduate In Electrical and Electronics/ Applied Physics & electronics/ Computer Science/ Mechanical with good experience in specifically industrial field.
∎ Or equivalent combination of education and related experience/training.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), HMI (Human Machine Interface), SCADA , DCS and thus could require programming in several PC languages.
∎ Work within project teams consisting of clients, electrical engineers, control system programmers and information system programmers to deliver integrated automation solutions.
∎ Provide plant check-out, commissioning and start-up services at customer sites.
∎ Troubleshooting control system issues, helping support existing client applications and general client communication.
∎ Working with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), which control machinery on factory assembly lines.
∎ Periodically travel to remote factory locations for control system troubleshooting and start-up of control systems primarily across Bangladesh.
∎ Experience with design of control systems and architectures with Auto CAD and SOLIDWORKS, writing custom project specifications and developing process control descriptions with input from project team.
∎ Experienced on Several Communication Protocol as like: TCP/IP, UDP, RS232, RS485, MODBUS, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, Ether CAT.
∎ Capable to work on Process Instrumentation.
∎ Capable to interfacing PLC with custom Software (developed by C#.NET).
∎ Capable to work in OPC.
∎ Hands on experience on VFD, SERVO, Encoder, PID, Load cell etc.
∎ Hands on experience on various type of sensor.
∎ Other duties may be assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge in designing and developing control systems Knowledge in HMI / SCADA programming and PLC programming.
∎ Knowledge in the programming and configuration of Variable Frequency Drive.
∎ Excellent troubleshooting skills.
∎ Great communication (verbal, written, listening) and teamwork skills.
∎ Knowledge of manufacturing & mechanical systems.
∎ Better knowledge regarding PLC, HMI, WinCC SCADA, C#.NET, ASP.NET and MS SQL Server.
∎ A working understanding of industrial control system and process automation.
∎ Experience of working with Siemens S7-1200 ,S7-1500 series PLC & all other Brand PLC.
∎ Capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures.
∎ Ability to lead and motivate others.
∎ Team working skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels.
∎ Ability to negotiate with and persuade others.
∎ Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
∎ Confidence to respond positively when under pressure.
∎ People management skills.
