Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
∎ Skills Required: 2D (Auto Cad), 3D CAD, 3D Studio Max, Auto CAD Drafting, AutoCAD

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2D, 3D, 3D Studio Max, Auto CAD Designing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have the capability to do Interior & Exterior design by 2D, 3D, 3D Studio MAX in Architectural or Others.
∎ Structural design of any type of buildings (Pre-fabricated steel structure and RCC).
∎ Perform on-site observations and provide recommendations on various spaces' designs.
∎ Capture and comprehend client requirements.
∎ Create design plans.
∎ Ideal and develop innovative design solutions.
∎ Work with various interior design themes and styles.
∎ Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD.
∎ presentation/2D, 3D, 3D Studio MAX preparation as per requirements of the Project/Factory.
∎ Good knowledge of civil engineering software STAAD pro, ETABs, (Especially AutoCAD 2D, 3D, 3D Studio MAX) etc.
∎ Visiting sites, if necessary.
∎ Preparing shop drawing and structural drawings.
∎ Any Other Design related duties assigned by Principal Architect or Management.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Females are priority for apply.
∎ Uttara residential Female-2 will be priority.
∎ Design, Drawing, Estimate.
∎ Good knowledge of civil engineering software (STAAD pro, ETABs, AutoCAD 2D, 3D, 3D Studio MAX etc).
∎ Preferred experience in Auto CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray.

Salary: Negotiable
