Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate Architect, expert in AutoCAD and other architectural applications.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project feasibility, planning architectural design and coordination.
∎ Must be adept at handling multiple projects and multiple teams, delegating work effectively.
∎ Lead team with complex project designs, resolve drawing discrepancies.
∎ Prepare and oversee the preparation of concept, schematic design, design development and construction documents.
∎ Extensive understanding of design, trends, construction methodology.
∎ Review and understand applicable building codes and other standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in design and supervision of large / high rise building and other structures.
∎ Team player and creative problem solver.
∎ Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
∎ Plans information architecture by studying the site concept , strategy and target audience; envisioning architectural scheme, information structure and features, functionality and user-interface design; creating user scenarios, preparing data models, designing information structure , work and dataflow, conducting creative meetings.

Salary: Negotiable
