Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead planning and implementation of project.
∎ Develop full scale project plan.
∎ Assemble and coordinate project staff.
∎ Manage project budget and resource allocation.
∎ Plan and schedule project timelines.
∎ Quality assurance
∎ Implement and manage project changes and inventions to achieve project output.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ Professional 20-25 years
∎ Construction 15-18 years
∎ Project Management 8-10 years
∎ Experience in managing large projects valued over Tk. 50 Crore.
∎ Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
∎ Communication skill.
∎ Influencing, leading, conflict management and adaptability.
