Job Context:
∎ Top Reputed Architecture and Interior Design Firm is looking for a Senior Architect for Building Design/Interior Designer who has relevant skills in this field for 5-7 years. You will be responsible for planning and creating architectural designs and interior design that match industry standards and client requirements. Also, you should be able to conduct in-depth research to identify recent design trends and developments in the industry. You should be able to create design models and provide briefs to clients. Besides, you should be able to make alterations to the design based on client feedback. You should undertake regular visits to the construction sites. In addition to this, you should also ensure developing construction projects while adhering to the specified budget. Also, you should be able to communicate the project progress to clients.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and design architectural and engineering plans.
∎ Ensure all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
∎ Research and maintain knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.
∎ Regularly follow trends in luxury offices, hotels, architecture, and interior design so that own work and ideas are of an 'international' calibre and level of sophistication, and in order to incorporate the latest technology and operational needs
∎ Provide guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
∎ Liaise with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
∎ Ensure the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
∎ Act as a mentor to new architects, helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.
∎ Network and consult with various industry professionals.
∎ An impressive portfolio and several years working as an Architect.
∎ Willingness to work overtime as required.
∎ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
∎ Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.
∎ Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
∎ In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.
∎ Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence
