Job Context:
∎ Job Location HSIA Expansion Project at VVIP
∎ Total Perfection, Tunvir Construction Ltd. -JV, a Joint Venture of Local Companies for the "VVIP Interior works at HSIA Expansion Project" under the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh, is currently seeking candidates for the following post.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and design by AutoCAD for temporary electrical works to service for VVIP Erection at the site.
∎ Control and supervise the warehouse, maintain and update material control sheet In/Out for all M&E materials.
∎ Prepare RFQ and specification for Purchase Order, coordinate with M&E site team to estimate the material quantity and type of material needed to order for the site activities.
∎ Control the consumable fuel at the site and making order fuel on time every month.
∎ Report to the Manager the control sheet of Fuel and M&E Materials every month.
∎ Coordinate and support to Project Manager to check the operation condition of Equipment and Machinery at the Site. Taking the maintenance schedule and repairing Equipment on time.
∎ Coordinate with the Subcontractor to prepare the Method statement, Drawing, and other relevant engineering documents for the Permanent Electrical Works of the T-3 (Lighting System, HVAC and Fire Detection & Protection System of the VVIP site).
∎ Making construction diary, working minutes at the site, and preparing several documentation works (e.g. daily report, progress report, activity list, etc.).
∎ Perform any other jobs, related to Construction Site, assigned by the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Foreign Project, Multinational Companies.
∎ Knowledge of electrical construction field and maintenance.
∎ Knowledge of AutoCAD, and Excel is mandatory, and use such software to calculate and design for temporary/permanent electrical systems.
∎ Knowledge of methodology and planning for electrical works.
∎ Capability to control schedule, activity, and progress together with documentation.
∎ Smooth communication with the concerned person & subcontractor.
∎ Preparation of brief drawings for site activity instruction.
∎ Self-studying, self-development.
∎ Ability to work under pressure by maintaining deadlines.
∎ The ability to handle the situation, collect, and process information.
∎ Good teamwork and individual solving problems. Physical strength in site condition.
