∎ Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino, V-Ray, Corona. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a design team. Professional certification or licensure as an architect preferred. Innovative mindset for sustainable and future-proof solutions

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and innovative design solutions. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and aspirations, translating these into compelling design concepts. Oversee and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams including interior designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare and present design proposals, detailed drawings, and project documentation. Conduct site visits to ensure project adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budget. Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and design team members. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to continuously elevate TM Studio's design standards. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery
