Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
∎ Bachelor in Architecture or above from any Public Recognized University (Preferably BUET) or Private University with excellent educational background
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working experience with reputed architect with his/her Design Studio base practice process is MUST
∎ Excellent skill in all digital document process with 3D modeling (MAX or Lumion) development and drawing
∎ Capable to handle a project individually from Design, documentation with specification
∎ Excellent visualization capability through preferred software (MAX or Lumion)
∎ Coordination of all kind of Architectural input for Engineering Design & ensure flawless Construction Document
∎ Overall Team Management, Motivation & fill work target
∎ Witness of completion of a project (Preferred)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Employee of Real Estate or Developers firms are discourage to apply
∎ Ethical practice, Committed to motherland with high moral
∎ Excellent Design Knowledge is MUST
∎ Candidate must have excellent knowledge on Building Construction Act-2008, RAJUK Laws, IAB Regulation with Full/Candidate Membership
∎ Excellent Leadership quality
∎ Has to have good General knowledge, be social and creative interest
∎ With own language good English
Salary: Negotiable
