Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Completed required degree from any recognized Public University preferably BUET with excellent track record.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Project Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination of all Engineering design (Structural, Electrical & Plumbing) and verification with Architectural design to ensure proper construction document.
∎ Coordination and physical checking of all construction sites and ensure Quality construction system as per organization standard.
∎ Client service and overall communication support.
∎ Site- Co-ordination with all contractors/ sub-contractors/supplier with proper documentation support.
∎ Excellent skill on BOQ, Tender schedule, Project Management & Specification
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with reputed Architect will add advantage
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Managerial capability and must have to be a team player.
∎ Competent level of operational IT skills and experience - particularly in Microsoft Excel, Projects, Auto CAD etc.
∎ High level of oral and written communication skills in English.
∎ Able to work under pressure & tackle situations smoothly with proper management
