∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Good Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Production Drawing.
∎ Must have strong capability on Residence, Office, Showroom, Mosque, Hospital and Resort interior design.
∎ To perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing, both exterior & interior.
∎ Must have strong knowledge in Auto CAD, 3D max/Sketch Up, V-ray Render/Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator and other related design software.
∎ Must have sound knowledge and practical experience in production designing / Working drawing furniture, interior projects, preparing project requirements, costing of project and related activities etc.
∎ Ability to create hand-drawn sketches, designs, technical drawings and other required activities.05+ Years’ experience in relevant field.
∎ Must have strong work ethic, be highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive.
∎ Excellent communication skills with the ability to exhibit diplomacy and use high level of discretion.
∎ Leadership and team collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Interior Design- 3D Modeling, Rendering, Animation & Visualization.
∎ Must have strong capability on Residence, Office, Showroom, Mosque, Hospital and Resort interior design.
∎ Prepare Working Drawing.
∎ Conduct Site Visits & Meetings.
∎ Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
∎ Measurement collection for design purpose.
∎ Ability to provide 2D & 3D presentation.
∎ Other related activities related design as and when required.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time.
