∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
∎ Knowledge of 3D Studio Max will be an additional advantage.
∎ Male & Female both are allowed to apply.
∎ Should be decent, trustworthy.Excellent communication and professional  interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop concept and drawing for both Interior and Exterior design work·
∎ Project supervision and detailed design/ drawing capabilities are required, Vast design experience and sufficient knowledge of raw materials·
∎ Coordinate with clients regarding design-related issues·
∎ Creating designs and presentations by 3D studio MAX / Sketchup with V-ray render.
∎ Good 3D visualization and rendering skills.
∎ Meeting and Design presentation to client if required·
∎ Developing 3D model, Design visualization and rendering.
∎ Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the management·
