∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Bachelor in Architecture in any reputed University
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Designing, Planning, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the clients requirements and achieving their satisfactory level through design
∎ Responsible for surveying project sites and analysis
∎ Preparing design options as per project requirements
∎ Executing the project by coordinating project-related personnel
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be Experienced with REVIT Software and as a BIM Manager, for a period of 6 to 9 years working experience in this field
∎ The candidate must be innovative and energetic as well as good interpersonal skills with highly motivated to take the new challenges.
∎ Applicant must be very familiar with AutoCAD (2D/3D), 3D Studio Max, Revit,Mini Cad,
∎ Sketch up & other design presentation and modeling software knowledge.
∎ Presentation software knowledge with high standard will be given preference.
∎ Applicants also need to be familiar with all types of design and construction code standards.
∎ English language proficiency is must; both spoken and written as all projects will be dune mutually with Architects and Engineers from abroad.
