Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,BRAC University,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,American International University Bangladesh,North South University students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: IAB,Membership is preferred
∎ Training/Trade Course: Any other course related to designing
∎ Skills Required: Autocad 2d, Photoshop and Illustrator, SketchUp

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3d rendering, AutoCAD, Photoshop and Illustrator, SketchUp
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the clients' requirements and achieving their satisfactory level through design.
∎ Responsible to survey project sites and analysis.
∎ Preparing design options as per project requirements.
∎ Executing the project by coordinating project related personnel.
∎ Must have on hand proven experience on AutoCAD (2D), Sketch up, Photoshop, Illustrator & rendering ,also other design presentation and modeling software knowledge. Presentation software knowledge with high standard will be given preference.
∎ Experience in all types of design and construction code standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ English language proficiency is must; both spoken and written as all projects will be done mutually with Architects and Engineers from abroad.
∎ Applicants must have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Designing, Drafting, Project Management
∎ Must be familiar with all types of design and construction code standards.
∎ Visualization & Presentation
