Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design projects.
∎ Strong sense of space management and lead the interior design process, ensuring the project's vision aligns with client needs, budget, and sustainability goals.
∎ Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: from ideation to final execution.
∎ Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Conduct meetings with clients, need to visit projects, Collaboration & Report to CRM department to discuss project requirements and updates
∎ Translate client needs and brand identity into functional, aesthetic interior spaces.
∎ Produce and review architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models.
∎ Introduce creative design solutions that meet functional, aesthetic, and environmental requirements.
∎ Mentor and guide junior architects and other team members, providing direction and support in the design and execution phases.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time.
