∎ Bachelors in Architecture.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet with clients to determine objectives and requirements for structures
∎ Estimate the amount of required materials, equipment, and construction time
∎ Prepare structure specifications
∎ Direct workers who prepare drawings and documents
∎ Prepare scaled drawings with computer software and by hand
∎ Prepare contract documents for building contractors
∎ Manage construction contracts
∎ Control the entire project from start to finish to ensure quality execution
∎ Make sure the project complies with the legal requirements
∎ Visit worksites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans
∎ Liaise with contractors to ensure construction is as per the approved design
∎ Seek new work by marketing and giving presentations
∎ Source interior items as per the design to ensure client gets best quality and price
∎ Meet the clients and workers weekly/monthly; report about the work progress to the supervisor
∎ Settle all pending IOUs and Bills on time
∎ Meet the project deadline without any delay
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 to 10 years of experience in architecture.
∎ Additional Job Requirements:
∎ Very good communication skill - verbal and written
∎ Sound knowledge in computer
∎ Young and energetic; interested to build a career in Indesore.
∎ Very much target oriented
∎ Good team player
∎ Smart and positive attitude
