Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Architecture (B.Arch) from reputed University/ Institute
∎ Diploma in Architecture from any Recognized Engineering Institutions/ University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicant must have knowledge in Auto CAD operation, drafting, Scheduling, monitoring & supervision.
∎ Responsible for contribution to architectural and exterior projects
∎ Able to make models, prepare designs, complete construction documents, assist building plan and material presentation.
∎ Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients
∎ Develop ideas keeping in mind client's needs, building's usage and environmental impact
∎ Producing detailed drawings
∎ Attending client meeting & monitor running project/s

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ 3D Max, Architecture, AutoCAD, Exterior Design, SketchUp
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Architecture Firm, Exterior Design, multinational company, group of industries.
∎ Good knowledge in exterior architectural work.
∎ Capability to read architectural plan.
∎ Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill.
∎ Software Skill : AutoCa(Floor plan), Sketchup/ 3DS MAX (Rendering), Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
∎ Soft skills: Good communicator, Have to be fluent in both Bengali and English language.

Salary: Tk. 45000 - 55000 (Monthly)
